Steering wheel vibration reminder is a safety driving assistance function designed to help drivers maintain lane stability while driving. When the vehicle deviates from the lane, this function will automatically activate, warning the driver through subtle vibrations of the steering wheel. Working principle: The entire vehicle emits signals ➡ ECU controller receives signal ➡ The motor receives commands and operates ➡ The steering wheel vibrates.

Steering wheel HOD (Hand Off Detection) function

Hands off detection is a detection system that checks whether the driver's hand is holding the steering wheel. This system is mainly used in the process of vehicle driving, and is used in conjunction with L2/L3/L4 auto drive system to ensure driving safety. It mainly consists of a detection sensing mechanism, an electronic shielding mechanism, a hands-free detection controller, a wiring harness, and an upper control system. The current mainstream development and application is the capacitance detection method, which can identify the current driver's hands-free state by measuring the capacitance value between the steering wheel sensor pad and the human hand. After algorithm processing, this method is efficient and stable.
